FESTAS brings events, invitations and group conversation into shared lists
Users can create public or private lists, add events, share invitations, talk with other members and record their own response to each option
São Paulo, August 10, 2026. FESTAS, a Brazilian event discovery platform with nationwide coverage, is presenting its Lists feature for iOS and Android. The feature allows users to collect parties, concerts and festivals for a holiday, birthday or another plan, choose whether the list will be public or private, and share an invitation with other people.
From an event page, a user can add that event to one or more lists. Each list keeps the options together with their date, time and venue. Members also have access to a dedicated conversation, and each person can record their own response to each event while the plan is being discussed.
From discovery to a group decision
Lists were designed to reduce the fragmentation between finding an event, sending its link to friends and returning to the decision later. A single list can hold multiple options, while the conversation remains alongside the events under consideration.
The list creator can generate a shareable invitation. A recipient can accept the invitation and enter the list after signing in. Received invitations also appear in a dedicated area of the app, where users can accept or decline them.
Public or private lists
When creating a list, the user chooses between a private list, available to invited people, and a public list that can be opened by anyone who receives the link. The creator can change its visibility later.
“Discovering an event solves only one part of the decision. There is still a journey between becoming interested, remembering the date, coordinating with friends and deciding to take part. FESTAS was built to support that journey. The social layer adds context without making exposure mandatory,” says Leo, creator of FESTAS.
Discovery and planning in the same product
Lists work alongside search by city, date, music genre, artist and venue, as well as favorites, personalized recommendations and reminders. FESTAS does not organize the listed events or sell tickets. When a purchase is available, the app directs the user to the organizer’s official channel.
